People said Flush Cache Storage will help. If we press this Flush Cache Storage buttom, will all of the picture in cache will be removed?

Here is the format of our picture being saved.

Please check in database core_config_data table, data is saving or not in DB, if it's saving in DB then  please refresh your magento cache using command php bin/magento c:f this command will not remove your cache image
