 In my maganto2 store new costumer are not created in both side web side and admin side

what i do?

in admin section show message costumer add success but not show and in web side not show any message .

When success message is display in site and still its not display in site, Means you need to indexing for show those changes to site.

Just go to your magento root path in SSL,

Run below command to show your customer,

php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php binmagento cache:flush
