Cart price rule missing in 2.1.5

I have upgraded from 2.1.2 to 2.1.4 . after this update when i checked under Marketing - > Promotion  "cart price rule" is missing. i can see "Catalog Price rule" only. then yesterday i have upgraded from 2.1.4 to 2.1.5 .in this version also "Cart Price Rule" is missing.

please guide me how to fix this

Can you make sure that you have deployed the static content properly?Can you confirm that you followed the right steps to upgrade Magento?

I have recently upgraded my Magento to 2.1.5 and I can see everything there.

previously my version was 2.1.2. when i found new update 2.1.4 i updated through admin . at the end i got error message and got message to roll back. then i made roll back. the i again tried to update then i found that my version is updated to the latest one ie 2.1.4.

yesterday i found new update 2.1.5 . then what i did is i tried to update with 2.1.4 version again and my update process completed successfully.  then also i checked admin but no use. then i have updated to 2.1.5 and updated successfully. but still the same issue

I can't see the image you shared, it's broken. However, Try the following commands in your OS terminal/Shell: 

php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:di:compile
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

I hope this will fix the issue.

i have tried the same before also. just now also i have tried but no luck .again i am sharing the screenshot

i have disabled and enabled Magento_CatalogRule , magento_catalogruleconfigurable  and Magento_SalesRule. now i can able to see "Cart Price Rule" under Marketing . Issue is resolved
