Using the Magento migration tool

1. It is possible to migrate customer accounts from v1 to v2 correct?

2. When migrating the customer accounts, is the order history of the customers also going to be migrated or will that be lost?

Greetings!

1. Yes you can migrate customer accounts from M1 to M2. 

2. By using the Data Migration tool(provided by Magento), you can easily transfer all the databases along with the customer and order table which contains the order history of a customer.  So, the order history of the customers also going to be migrated.
