Hello. I started a new Virtual Machine to install the newest version of Magento 2
When i finish the installation a message of 2.3.1 Appears in my "News" in Magento Panel.
So i decided to update them via Wizard then when i try it i get the following erros:
I Already Checked the Owner of the files, the permissions of files are all 660, and owner correctly. I Checked that in some folders the .htacess was missing then i uploaded them again too.
Someone got these errors or just know how to fix this issue?
