How does Advanced Reporting Work ?

Hello , Im trying to activate and i have all the requirements 

At System Integrations ,i dont see anything?

How to add that integration ?

I have the same issue as mousepad and tried all of the fixes to no avail.

I have the same issue.

Advanced Reporting: Substription status is enabled.

cron job execute success.

domain have a valid security (SSL) certificate.

Advanced Reporting still reditect to error page.

If your store does not have multiple base currencies, is SSL-encrypted, and is on a publicly available domain, you can try re-authenticating your Advanced Reporting subscription by disabling and re-enabling the service in your Magento admin panel.

One other thing to double-check:  

There is a user permission that needs to be set within the Magento store Admin page in order for Advanced Reporting to work.

  * In Admin under System->Integrations, ensure there is user called Magento Analytics

  * In the users API tab, ensure that it has the Analytics->API resource checked
 
  Even after performing above steps it does not work for you then write to support@rjmetrics.com with your store's URL.

@stephanie_walkerYou may or may not be looking at the correct place. You have to look under integration. Please follow the below documentation on how to setup/cross check the integration. Once all done you have to wait at least for a day to make sure integration is active and data is transferring properly to view your reports.

This is the only user that appears on that section.
I have checked all other points but the site is still not subscribed.

@stephanie_walkerFor some reason I do not see the screenshot you attached with your respond. If you do not see a user then please go ahead and create the same with the permission to the API as provided in the documentation. I did the same yesterday with one of my website which worked fine (Just saw and I see enable as well as browse the report). Do not see data on the report as do not have much on the site I am working on.
