Magento 2.0.7 to Magento 2.3 upgrade

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade from Magento v2.0.7 to v2.3, I've done a small researched and found out that I need to upgrade it to v2.1.8 or higher.

I have also looked for instructions on how to perform the upgrade on cpanel using SSH, but I get to a dead end every time.

Is there any clear instructions on how to perform Magento upgrade on server?

There is many errors if you upgrade by using command line , You should use Magento to Magento Migration Tool to do it

I did the same kind of work using Magento to Magento Migration Tool without any problem

Before the update be sure that you have relevant access rights over SSH on the server to upgrade PHP up to 7.2 also.
I did such updates several times from the CLI latest using 2.2.X version as intermediate action betwean PHP update from 7.0 to 7.2. If it's alive project also keep in mind that there could be some incompability issues with 3rd party extensions. Fortunatelly alot of vendors already provided updates for their modules.
