Sorry to hear, unfortunately the error is alien language to me. World (worlds) far from what I'm normally used too mate 
Restore the latest backup or VM and give it another go I'm guessing next. Very unlikely that writing blank text files causes these errors but you'd just never know.
Had to reinstall from scratch at 2.0.5 when I was facing unusual issues here. Recommend the same for each beta versions (my advice anyway). At least until Magento 2.1 comes out which hopefully should be a near-production release (we can't wait here).
