Magento 2.2.1 cannot import customizable options for different store view

In store admin, create new product, select Import Options in Customizable Options, select the product which I have translated for different store view(English, French, Germany), then import, and all value be covered by default value, it should be imported in store view for each languages.

Could you show your CSV file, which you were tried?

hello, I was created new product in storeadmin, not by CSV, and looks magento 2.2.1 has bug that export CSV doesn't have different store view code, and I tried to update it through CSV with store view code, but it just created new options for all store view.
