Magento 2.x Enterprise developer licence

Hi Sales Team,

Our client is already having Magento Enterprise 1.13 version in production. Now migrating to Magento 2.x Enterprise. our client prefers to pay only after the site is live for the new 2.x version. 

Is any development license available till we make it live?

I don't think this type of service given for magento commerce. Might be you need to first purchase Magento commerce and afterward you need to customize project based on your requirement.

If your client has already Magento1 instance then you need to directly post ticket to Magento Sales team according to your requirement and they will give you reply for your query.

Well i understand your question , so its means till your development gets completed you don't wanted to start your license plan correct ? 

Also to migrate from magento 1.x to 2.x you required enterprise sandbox kind of account  ? correct my if i am wrong !

So better to ask your current Account Manager of Enterprise edition , he will surely help you in this case
