Magento update generally

Please, if someone managed to update the magento system without problems, write how they did it. (eg 2.3 to 2.3.7-p4) I have a problem all the time. Composer is not compatible with the version, the original one needs a different php and the updated one needs a different one. This also causes an error. There is a great system, but you have to be a professor to run it, because there are always errors.

Adobe commerce upgrade should always be taken care by professionals as all third party modules, custom modules, themes requires update, and sometimes core data conflicts also encountered in this process.
