Should 2.3.1 CE be shwoing in Setup Wizard

Can someone tell me if the 2.3.1 CE should be showing when i goto the admin setup wizard and check upgrades available?

I am on 2.3.0 but it states i am up to date??

Hello @luxuriousloook 

Yes, I am able to see Magento Version 2.3.1 in the dropdown from the setup wizard when i try to upgrade my Magento 2.3.0beta from the admin setup wizard.

So may be you have some error or something is missing - option is there !
