I am trying to update my Magento 2.1.2 to 2.1.3 But I am getting this

I did everything but still can't update. 

1. Updated php version to 7.  http://lloydmatsstore.sohostage.com/info.php

2. My cronjobs are running

* * * * * /usr/local/bin/php /home/HOME-Directory/public_html/bin/magento cron:run | grep -v "Ran jobs by schedule" >> /var/www/magento2/var/log/magento.cron.log
* * * * * /usr/local/bin/php /home/HOME-Directory/public_html/update/cron.php >> /var/log/update.cron.log
* * * * * /usr/local/bin/php /home/HOME-Directory/public_html/bin/magento setup:cron:run >> /var/log/setup.cron.log
