Upgrade 2.1.3 to 2.1.4 Error in Update!

I'm  trying to upgrade Magento 2.1.3 to 2.1.4 via the Web Setup Wizard >System Upgrade.

At the final stage I get the following error.

"System Upgrade Status:

 Update application is not running

 Error in Update!

Please refer to documentation Doc link to perform manual rollback.

To attempt automatic rollback, please click the "Rollback" button."

To fix the problem I found I needed to 

1) Set cron to run every minute.

2) Increase the time out limit

Could you please explain how you setup Cron Jobs. When I try to add or modify in my CPanel, it throws error....
