Upgrade Magento 2.1 to Magento 2.3 on a new server import data like new orders from production

what is the list of data i need to manually export from my production site? after upgrading to magento 2.3 on new server and changing DNS info to go live on new server- the easiest solution i see is to manually export  from production - Sale > Orders, Shipment and invoices. on Customers > all Customers. 

is there anything else i would need to sync before i go live with new server ?

Hello @nht48823 

 

You should take a backup of your database and your code, and then try to upgrade Magento version with existing database and code.

 

If you are looking forward to server transfer with Magento Upgrade then I suggest to import your database in a new server and code also then try to upgrade your Magento version.

 

If you do like this then you will not lose your customer data, order data, and catalog data.
