Upgrade magento 2.0.10 to 2.1.2

I install magento CE- 2.1.1 with sample data O.K working On centos 7 LAMP Server at localhost

I install magento CE-2.1.2 with sample data O.K not slowly working On centos 7 LAMP Server at localhost

I install magento 2-CE all of them until now but 

I upgrade  magento 2.1.1 to 2.1.2 no sample data I did but   slowly

I upgrade magento 2.0.10 to 2.1.2  with sample data  slowly working   

after upgrade working slowly on Centos 7 LAMP server at localhost. because of this not hard woking on this versions
