It seems there is an issue when moving from php7.2 to 7.3 when it comes to how magento stores passwords. I'm not sure exactly how magento likes to store passwords, or even what php functions are used. All I know is when I upgraded my test server I had to reset everyone's passwords manually. This is not feasible in my production setup. Has anyone else come across this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
