configuration doesn't appear after upgrade to magento 2.2.2

After update my magento website from 2.1.3 to magento 2.2.2 the configuration doesn't appear on the admin also the price options doesn't appear on front-end, any one can help me

How did you made the upgrade?

Did you executed these commands on your console?

bin/magento setup:di:compile
bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
bin/magento cache:clean

Silly question. Are you sure your user has the right permissions?

yes I have run these commands, for the permission issue how can I check it and what is right permission I should give
