Trying to upgrade 2.0.2 -> 2.0.4 and getting error

In Component Manager one module is present with all empty fields - name, module, etc. (type = module) and id I try to enable it, the message is similar:

Can not find module name.

It may be a reason for general upgrade fail... How to investigate this ghost?
