Community Prioritization Process Update – February 2023

parul_sinha
Adobe Team

The Magento Open Source Community Prioritization Process initiative empowers the community to influence the Magento Open Source roadmap and code base by upvoting the pull requests that brings most value to them. Adobe then picks the most up voted Pull Requests and adds them to the community dashboard with a purple label - “Project:Community Picked".

We added the following set of PRs (checked ones) to the board earlier this month:

I am happy to share the progress that we have made so far. We merged 6 pull requests this month and the batch includes one of the most loved pull request by the community – Allow more htmlClasses.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to coding, voting, reviewing, testing, and merging of these enhancements and improvements that is valuable for our community.

We are ready to pick the next batch. Please continue to vote on pull requests and help us pick the most valued ones from the backlog. Login into your GitHub account and vote with the thumbs up reaction. Voting for the next batch ends on March 3.

If you are a code base maintainer, the PRs are up for grabs on the board for your review. 😊

Please visit DevBlog if you missed our earlier updates on the prioritization process.

Thank you for being a part of the Magento Open Source community!
