Banner Slider image in Magento 2.1.5

Hello,

I have added banner slider image for my magento 2.1.5 in .GIF Format. It is not giving proper result somehow. You can find the url http://162.243.106.104/  . I want show some animation in banner image. Is it ok to use .GIF Format images for banner slider image or there is some alternate way to do that. Please help me to find solution!

I have created .gif using photoshop to give such animation on image.

This Magento 2 Banner Manager Extension might be useful for you. It allows you to easily upload banners and display them in any page positions/ pages in your Magento website. 

Especially, it allows you to upload GIF banners.
