Hi Magento Experts,
I’m running a custom packaging website (built on Magento): Sandwich Sack Creations. Recently, I’ve noticed that during high traffic periods, the graphics (like photos and diagrams) on my website either fail to load or don’t display correctly.
I’ve tried basic troubleshooting but I suspect it might be related to server limitations, image optimization issues or caching configurations.
Here’s what I’ve implemented so far:
Yet, the issue persists under high traffic. Has anyone faced a similar problem? Could it be related to hosting or CDN settings?
I’d really appreciate any advice or best practices to ensure images load smoothly during peak times.
Thanks in advance!

When high traffic causes graphics not to display correctly on your Magento site, it may be due to server performance issues, such as resource strain or image file handling problems. Optimizing images by compressing them and using a Content Delivery Network (CDN) can significantly improve load times. Additionally, enabling caching for both pages and images will reduce server load. If you’re on shared hosting, consider upgrading to dedicated or cloud hosting to handle increased traffic. It's also important to optimize your database regularly, check for third-party extension conflicts, and ensure there are no JavaScript errors that could hinder image loading. Implementing these solutions will help ensure smoother image display even during peak traffic times.
