I’m facing an issue on my Magento based website Branded Sleeves Shop where customers are receiving an error message when attempting to upload their artwork files. The error says, "This is a large file," and it seems to prevent some of them from completing their uploads.
I’ve tried adjusting some of the file size limits on my server but the issue persists. I’d appreciate it if anyone could offer advice or solutions to help address the following:
- How can I increase the file upload size limit in Magento and on my server?
- Are there any Magento specific configurations or extensions that could help with handling large file uploads more efficiently?
- Should I consider using file chunking or other upload optimization techniques?
