How to Exclude category of products from inclusion in a cart coupon discount

Hello-

 

We are on Magento 2.1.5.

 

We would like to exclude products we have already discounted and assigned to our Clearance rack category from being included in a cart coupon discount promotion.

 

Anyone know how  we set in the cart discount rules so a category of products is not allowed to have the Coupon discount  applied?( or "is Excluded")

You should use condition:

Category 'is not' or 'is not one of' like here -
