Our specific company discounts with UPS are working, but since the website is calculating shipping costs based off the customer's zip code (you don't even need to enter the rest of the address to get a shipping cost calculated), it is often off because it isn't including the right fuel or out of area surcharges. How can we fix this? We got an extension that connects our WorldShip UPS account found here: Magento UPS WorldShip Integration - XTENTO
It essentially did nothing as far as I can tell, since our site had already been successfully exporting to WorldShip. Can anyone help? How can we get a shipping cost for the customer closer to what we actually pay UPS due to fuel and out of area charges?
