We've been implementing APIs from Community Edition of Magento and we've costumized the APIs for a fashion store and all together have been developed using Angular 4. Is there a way to sell our modules integrated in angular and under what conditions?

You could perhaps release this as a theme for Magento. Have you looked into that? it would probably need detailed installation, configuration and customisation details as merchants wouldn't be familiar with how to work with Angular.

I am using the Marketplace extension of Landofcoder and I am satisfied with it, a lot of utilities, plugins everything is perfect and works well on my site
