Hi Sunil, I'm sorry, I only have a basic knowledge of coding. Not sure what you want me to do with that exactly. I've also gone to the forum you've linked but I've tried most of the suggestions and nothing works.
I was facing the same issue and this suggestion helped. Indeed, there was some issue in the JS.
