How can I have Verified Purchaser Reviews only?

Hello @renaeunirg333c 

Go to Stores > Configuration > Catalog > Catalog and find the Product Reviews section. All you need to do here is to Enable product reviews and choose whether you want to Allow Guests to Write Reviews.

Manage Reviews in Magento 2:

Go to Marketing > User content > All Reviews
