Where can I find help managing my site.

Hello, I hope this is the right place to ask this question. I have had my site up and running for a few years now without managing the site other than adding product and changing prices (the very basics) and need to step things up a bit. Where is a good place to start looking for help making on updates, improving rankings, Keyword, listing enhancements and so on? I also need to bring my site up to par in optimization for mobile. I guess what I'm looking for are certified Magento managers to help manage my site and help increase traffic to it. Iv looked on line a lot and have actually tried a few places that claim to be professionals and not had great luck. Any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

as I understand you need two people: Magento developer and SEO specialist. It is hard find a guy who can move you up in google and knows how to code Magento.

You can try places like upwork. Depending on your budget you can find great talent there.
