Where can we hire a trainer to help - not a developer!

Hi Everyone. I hope you can help us. We need someone to help us to add a shipping module and credit card processing to our Magento Community website. We don't need a developer, just someone who has done this before and can walk us thru the process and show us how to use it. We have tried finding someone but everyone who replies seems to be a developer or its a canned training session. Any suggestions wold be appreciated. Thanks!

Where about's are you based? Magetrain will do bespoke training for you if you are US or UK.

You could probably follow a tutorial on installing the extension, but most extension providers will install it for you for a small amount of money (£50-75 usually) and then support you in setting it up.

WebShopApps all the way for shipping module, excellent support and I advocate Ebizmart Sagepay for credit card processing. In 8 years I've not once had a problem with their Sagepay Extension.

The vendor you bought the extensions from should do that free of charge. Ask them.
