Hello,
We are running Google Adwords campaigns for our extensions for Magento.
Unfortunately, the word "magento" is trademarked, so Google won't run our ads in some countries, e.g. EU member states. In order for us to be able to run those ads, Google requires that the trademark owner, or the person entitled by the owner, would submit a form on their website allowing us to use the trademarked word. For those curious here is the page with instructions - link to support.google.com
So, the questions are - who we need to contact in order for them to allow us to use the word "magento" in our ads? What we need to do to be qualified to use that word in our ads?
Thanks for the attention.

Hi guys
So where you ended up with "magento" in ads? Are there any solution for this?
"magento" word forbidden only in several countries, check this list:
you can use "magento" in ads for other countries. For countries from list above you need to follow Google trademark guidelines and get permission from trademark owner - https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6118?hl=en&expand=auth#auth
