Account logged out from support section

I am not able to create a ticket after login. My account gets logged out when I click on the create ticket button.

I tried in a fresh window even in different browsers and system but the issue is the same.

When I enter a wrong password, the error message of the wrong user or password shows but with correct details it refreshes the current login page.
