Cannot apply for Magento Community Insider Program

Hi,

 

I'd love to apply for Magento Community Insider Program but every time I try to do so on this page https://partners.magento.com/portal/application/cip/ it comes back with:

 

  • Please fill all required fields.

I've checked all the required fields, they are all filled.

 

Any ideas? @sherrie
