Cannot raise a support ticket as a trial user of Magento EE

I am currently a trial user of Magento EE.

I cannot find the raise ticket link on the support section of Magento Cloud. I am logged in onto the system. Any idea how to go about?

I think you should contact Magento sales team, which might have setup this account for you.
