You did not understood my question probably. I am NOT asking for 'Security issues', but about the "CONTRIBUTION" to the Magento community in form of patches.

I am not sure about Magento 1.X but you can contribute for Magento 2.X https://github.com/magento/magento2 . I advise you to contact @sherrie as she is community manager.

She will surely help you regarding this.

Hi @AddWebSolution, @Mukesh Tiwari is correct. There isn't a way to contribute patches for M1, only for M2. The best thing to do for M1 is to put the patch on GitHub and share the link with the community.
