Hi @Anonymous 

Follow below mentioned steps to delete your account.

1. Sign in to Community.
2. Go to Profile > My Settings > Personal.

You can also delete your PII directly from the user's profile in the community by closing your account under My Settings > Personal > Close Account.

After searching for 10 minutes and only finding broken contact forms and unclear information this post helped me to close my account... Thanks! But come on Magento, get your stuff sorted... getting in contact to remove an account or have the feature easily accessible is kind of a requirement nowadays
