It depends on the version of Magento which you are using.
If you are using open source (community) version of Magento then as per my knowledge their is no support email id for that - if you need any kind help for that then you can post over here and you can use magentostackexchange as well - https://magento.stackexchange.com/
But if you are using Commerce (Enterprise) version of Magento then yes for that you can send email to your assigned account manager/technical manager for the same.
