Hello World - I'm having a problem with Marketplace

Hey, I'm Hamish from North Yorkshire in the UK.

Is anyone else having problems buying an extension from marketplace.magento.com using PayPal?

I've tried multiple times with 2 PayPal accounts over the last 2 days.  I keep getting a server error on the marketplace website.
