Hi ,
Magezon.com sell their products in their website in addition to magento marketplace. I purchased 3 extension from their website with a promise 30 days money back.
I found a big problem with their extensions, I asked for refund, they promise to fix the error, then they disappeared and not answer my emails or on online chat.
I have all the emails.
After 2 days the 30 days will complete, how to force them refund my money.
