I can recommend some agencies, but, it depends on if you want to go completely custom, or if you want to leverage an existing Multivendor Marketplace solution with Magento. For instance, if you want to use Mirakl, a Magento partner, for the marketplace functionality, they  have specific agency partners that they already work with:
