Looking to delete my account..

Ive already searched the forum how to delete my account and the delete option isnt there for me. Id like to delete myself from Magento, can someone help me? Thanks.

I literally cannot find any of these links or settings.

1. Sign in to the community.
2. Open the user menu and click My Settings.
3. Go to Personal > Personal Information.
4. Scroll down to the Device Identifiers list.
5. Click the Delete link next to the device information you want to delete.
   
   Ive signed in. I've clicked My Account and I dont see "Personal" or "Personal Information" ?
