Magento Front End certification Ticket issue

Hello,

I have the following issue. I'm trying to get an Front End Certification Ticket and i always get the  "Error capturing payment" alert, I've tried 2 different Credit Cards and also by Paypal, nothing works. Can you please help me? Also after an email sent to certification@magento.com the answer was "The reason this may be occurring is that you do not have a payment method attached to your profile or that the payment you have on file does not match the payment you entered. Let me know if this helps".

Please help me.
