Marketplace.magento.com issue with assigning categories to extension

Hello.

 

My extension is now under Marketing Review at https://marketplace.magento.com, after corrections I want to submit it for review again, but it says I have not selected categories (previously I did).

 

Now in hint it is indicated that I can select up to 3 categories -

when I actually select 1 category all the other boxes become disabled. Why?
