Price Change issue

Sometimes it happens when i add price like  2900 it changes to 29 on it's own but when i add the same price like 2900.00 it remains 2900.
Also if the product is in stock it's price remains same as of the price uploaded but when the product sold out it's price changes to the value 2 or 3. Please see the screenshot for better understanding.
