Storefront Pricing Errors

I have another question if someone could help me.

When I change prices it does not show the correct prices in the storefront. Yet when the item is added to cart the correct price that I changed is displayed as correct.
Why do you think this would be happening?

Can you please confirm if you have done re-indexing after changing the item's price from the backend?

If not so then please run re-indexing using the below command.

php bin/magento indexer:reindex

I just want to thank you for pointing me in the right direction as my web host was able to provide me with advice for the re-indexing.
I have directions and will proceed to try to fix this on my own and let you know how this works out.

I am curious as to why I have to go into SSH to do this. We upgraded to Magento ver. 2.3.3 and in the the older version of Magento we did not have to do this.

Is this something that changed in the Magento upgrade?

Actually, in Magento 1 we don't use commands but in Magento 2 we can handle everything using commands.

We don't have the option for refreshing the index from admin as it is there in Magento 1, so in this case, we have to run commands by connecting ssh.
