Update tax based on shipping adress ship here button

It is possible to update the tax in checkout when i click in the ship here button in the shipping tab?  The tax only updates when i go to the next step (review and payments) but i need that the tax changes after i click the ship here button in the shipping adress choice. 

It is possible?

There is no default functionality provided by Magento for this. to do this you need to co customization.
