WTF is wrong with Community in Chrome?

In attempting to use the community forum in Chrome 48.0.2564.103m I do not get the message editor AT ALL.

Either when creating a new message or replying to an existing message.

Version 48.0.2564.109 m (64-bit) here and replying works just fine.

Hi @MrBaseball34, I'm also on 48.0.2564.103 (64-bit) but cannot replicate this, sorry! Are you on desktop or mobile?
