cant apply discount code to checkout

I created a coupon code in cart price rules and when i use the code in checkout i get a error : the code isnt valid please try again

And in the console i get this :

jquery.js:10260 PUT http://127.0.0.1/rest/en/V1/carts/mine/coupons/TEST10 404 (Not Found)

TEST10 is the code that im trying to insert

first 

check the date to/from your coupons.

Hi. Thanks for the anwser.

The problem was the selection of the stores i was just selecting General in the cart price rules section
