Run command using ssh terminal from your magento root directory

php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php bin/magento cache:flush

Check product from incognito browser.

Make sure product status select store wise as well, then do reindex, do flush cache as well.

when editing the product the option to keep active is disabled.
more in the list of products shows that it is disabled.

In order to solve this problem choose the appropriate 'store view' and set visibility attribute as 'Not visible individually',
