We are starting this channel to give the Payment Services for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source merchants another source to find troubleshooting steps and tips. Whether you are using the self service option or the supported option with an entitlement, feel free to share any questions that come up with the integration and we'll partner with the community to solve.
Please note that Payment Services is available as an extension on 2.4.0 -2.4.6 and is a part of the core for 2.4.7. "Supported with an entitlement means" that you have worked with the Payment Services sales team to set up your domiciled business for services and are located within AU, CA, FR, US, UK. Support also is only available on 2.4.4 or above currently (7/12/24). Reach out to the sales team at paymentsinfo@adobe.com.

- The Commerce Services Connector is a required step to access Payment Services. You must first configure that and then go to the Payment Services dashboard at Sales < Payment Services within your instance to establish your instance specific Merchant IDs.
- The Sandbox and Production Merchant IDs are automatically generated after completing the Connector setup and then going to the Payment Services dashboard. Note that the Merchant IDs will be associated to the SaaS Identifier (Commerce Services Connector) and must match if you reconfigure.
- The Payment Services Merchant IDs are not your processing IDs. These unlock the Payment Services dashboard and will allow you to connect a PayPal account. You must connect your PayPal account within the Payment Services dashboard (Sales < payment services) after these are generated.
- What if I am outside of Payment Services support regions of US, UK, FR, CA, AU?
